Welcome to La Borie des Combes. Located in the heart of the beautiful Aquitaine region lies Dordogne (dept. 24). This 700 year old farm house is nestled in the hillside of the small, quiet village of Bezenac, just twenty minutes from Sarlat-la-Caneda, one of France’s most beautiful villages. In five minutes you can be at the Chateau de Beynac, Chateau de Castelnaud, the pre-historic cliff dwelling village of La Roque-Gageac, or the breathtaking Gardens of Marqueyssac.
The world famous writer Michael Crichton used our village, Bezenac, as the location of his 1999 book “Time Line”. The pre-history sites that dot the countryside will amaze you. Font-de-Gaume, Lascaux, La Roque Saint-Christophe, the village of Les Eyzies and more are all easily accessible. The Chateau de Beynac, Chateau de Castelnaud, Monfort and many others, all here in the Golden Triangle of the breathtaking Dordogne.
